Fried Noodle Salad Recipe - By Sam

1 whole Chinese cabbage (Wombok) or Savoy cabbage, shredded finely
6 green onions (shallots) chopped to 5mm lengths
100g chopped walnuts
100g fried noodles, chopped

Dressing:

1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup castor sugar
1 tblsp Soy sauce
2 tspn Sesame oil (or Sesame seeds)
� cup olive oil

Toss the cabbage, green onions and walnuts in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together (I put them in a jar with the lid securely on and shake them till mixed). Add dressing to salad and stir through. Just before serving add the noodles and toss thoroughly.

Can be made with shredded BBQ chicken or pork if desired.
