Certificate of Cunning Craft or a Certificate of Witchery ?

Just what all Pagan sauna lovers have been waiting for!

The Oestara Seminary of Magick, a new on-line Pagan school, offers courses in magick, Pagan history, parenting, and Pagan literature. As a seminary, all magickal courses have an emphasis on Pagan ethics. This first semester (Nov. 1 2006 through May 1, 2007) more than thirteen courses are offered for the registration fee of $30.00 (USD). Courses on magick include channeling, dream work, candle magick, fairy magick, dragon magick, and sex magick. All Oestara Seminary courses have eight lessons with two on-line true/false and multiple choice tests, so that self-directed learners can gage their own progress.

Those students who seek in-depth tutoring, can work for a Certificate of Cunning Craft or a Certificate of Witchery by doing the required and recommended readings and practices and writing papers that are evaluated carefully by Oestara Seminary divines. Oestara seminary divines all have college degrees and are elders and/or adepts in their areas of magick. As Oestara Seminary divine Reverend Heather Noel says, "The Oestara Seminary of Magick fulfills a real need for the Pagan community. There are so many Seekers and simply not enough knowledgeable, experienced teachers. The Seminary is providing an important service by making quality learning in Paganism available."

Seminary divine Cynthia Joyce Clay (contributing co-editor of the Eppie winning The Oestara Anthology of Pagan Poetry) agrees with Reverend Noel and also points out that "taking courses at the Oestara Seminary of Magick is part of the important movement of Wiccan and Pagan on-line schools. Those who go to Witchschool.com will find courses at the Oestara Seminary of Magick that compliment what they have already learned. Likewise with the highly respected Cherry Hill Seminary or Ardantane Seminary -- Pagans can explore further magickal topics at the Oestara Seminary of Magick that these other Pagan seminaries teach, as well as finding courses unique to the Oestara Seminary."
