Just when you thought that you had every accessory for your Ipod... think again! The Ipod gadget that goes where no Ipod gadget has gone before....

As a Sauna Club gadget freak, I've tested lots of beta products with lots of different system requirements, but never before have I been told that testers should be "comfortable about their sexuality." What product requires that? The OhMiBod, the "first insertible, music driven vibrator on the market," according to a press release from Suki, the New Hampshire company behind the gizmo.

You can connect the OhMiBod to your iPod, maybe download one of the DJ mixes the company sells to go with it and in seconds you're "Feeling the 80's." As one contributer to the OhMiBlog said, "We'll never listen to the Black Eyed Peas the same way again!"

(No matter what you think about the OhMiBod, you have to admit that their branding is perfect. Nearly everyone I handed the press release to looked at it for about 10 seconds then said, "Oh My God!")

By the way, a colleague here who knew a frightening amount about the subject pointed out that the OhMiBod is not the first iPod connected vibrator. Last fall, a company called LoveHoney put out the iBuzz. And before that, there was the Audi-Oh. (I found the Audi-Oh on Gizmodo, whose tagline is "So much in love with shiny new toys, it's unnatural." No comment.)

How do the products compare? I can only judge from the pictures, but it appears that the OhMiBod takes the idea to, um, greater lengths. Oh... and a word of warning. Take it off before going in the sauna.
